Refund Policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions
will be made , as you have accepted the conditions at the time of
purchase.
Returns:
Return Policy: You have 14 days from receipt of the product to
make a return. If 14 days have passed , unfortunately we cannot
offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition
in which it was received, unused and in the original packaging .
For products where hygiene is a concern, they must be
thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process .
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be
returned , such as underwear, lingerie, tights and some
personal care items .
Return Procedure: If you wish to return a product, send an email
to info.zenovastyles@gmail.com with your order number,
reason for return, photo of the product (in case of damage)
and your contact details .
Refunds:
Procedure: After we receive and inspect your return, we will send
you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to
your credit card or original method of payment within 60 days
.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund
after 90 days , please verify your bank account first. If your refund has not been received yet, please contact us at
info.zenovastyles@gmail.com.
Costs:
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return
shipping costs . We recommend using a traceable shipping
service (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost
returns . Return shipping must be sent to Asia or otherwise stated in the email, and shipping costs start at β¬15 , paid by the customer.
Exceptions:
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or
incorrect product, we will send a free replacement . If the
problem persists after the second attempt, you will receive a full
refund .
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed,
due to our automated system .
Dispute Avoidance Clause: Before starting a dispute, we kindly
ask customers to contact us directly at info.zenovastyles@gmail.com to resolve any issues. We are committed to finding
solutions that suit your needs.
Defective Product Policy: For defective or incorrect items, we
will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or
replacement at no additional cost .
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14
business days after your return is received and inspected.
Governing Law Clause: This refund policy is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be dealt with by Dutch courts .
